Returns are accepted only if you receive an incorrect or damaged product. You must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and photo proof (if damaged). The item must be unused and in its original condition. Once approved, the product needs to be shipped to our Kolkata office, after which the correct product will be sent.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 15 days.
