Returns are accepted only if you receive an incorrect or damaged product. You must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and photo proof (if damaged). The item must be unused and in its original condition. Once approved, the product needs to be shipped to our Kolkata office, after which the correct product will be sent.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 15 days.

• A restocking fee of $25 applies to handbags priced below $175
  
• A restocking fee of $35 applies to handbags priced above $175

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. Only regular-priced items are eligible. Additionally, handbags listed under the Sale section are not eligible for free shipping.
