Shipping, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order Policy

All our products are made to order, crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Important Note

As our products are freshly made and packed, you may notice a natural new-product aroma when you first receive them. This is completely normal and will fade away naturally after a few days of use.

Shipping Policy

Products will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday).
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We ship via trusted partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other courier services.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, production begins and cancellations will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy (4-Day Free Exchange)

We offer a 4-day free exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility

Request must be raised within 4 days of delivery
Product must be:

Unused
In original condition
With original packaging intact

Valid Reasons for Exchange

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item

Exchange Process

Email us at info@lodis.in within 4 days of delivery
Share your order details and photo proof (mandatory)
Once approved:

We will arrange a pickup or guide you with the return process

After inspection, we will dispatch a replacement product

Important Notes

We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances due to the made-to-order nature of our products
Exchanges are limited to one time per order
Products must pass quality inspection before approval of exchange

Sale / Discounted Items

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange
Free shipping may not apply to sale items
